Order matters here — each phase is a real gate the work passes through before the next begins. Nothing moves forward half-finished.
Pre-Production
Concept, treatment, boards, locations and schedule. We agree on the one idea before a single light goes up.
Production
On set, on plan. A calm crew, the right kit, and room to chase the unexpected shot when it appears.
Post & Finish
Edit, sound, and a bespoke grade. Revisions are structured, not endless — the cut earns its lock.
Delivery
Mastered for every screen it will live on, with source files and formats handed over clean.

Zenpai Production is led by Andrès Blake — director, shooter, and recording artist working out of Panama and on location anywhere the story is. The name is half zen, half senpai: the patience to wait for the frame, the discipline of someone who's put in the reps.
Because the same hands that shoot also cut and score, nothing gets lost in a handoff. Picture, rhythm, and sound are built together — so the final master feels like one idea, not three.
